History

Excelangue is a private language school established in Montreal since 1998. Located on Jean Talon boulevard, it serves the needs of downtown professionals, clerical staff and business administrators. It has rapidly acquired a reputation of excellence, and is proud of having trained thousands of private and corporate clients over several years. The school offers courses in French, English, Spanish, as well as in 10+ foreign languages to children, adults and companies.

Our courses

Excelangue’s courses are focused on oral communication. Each course is customized to meet the participants’ various needs, and offered in small groups of 4-6 students. Courses are offered to adults and children, and combine a solid program with an interactive, dynamic approach.

Methodology

Conversation courses are based on an interactive, dynamic approach. The focus is on oral communication, and therefore on the practical acquisition of the language’s structures and vocabulary. Each course is designed to include theoretical notions (30%) and practical exercices (70%).

Our teachers are experimented, enthusiastic, and the structure of our courses is designed to allow personal expression. Each course takes the participants’ interests into account, and is adapted to the personal goals and objectives of everyone. Our teachers guide each student all through the course, so as to allow everyone to integrate new language skills through intensive practice. Our method is dynamic and efficient. Here you will learn to :

• Express yourself through role-plays, debates, simulations ;
• Develop your reading abilities with various articles ;
• Assess your real progress by completing evaluations regularly ;

Teachers
